Hi Folks, I am looking for a water softener, I see that Rheem can get some data pulled in but it sounds like it’s pretty unreliable. The other issue is the largest RHEEM softener is rated for 9 GPM, which shouldnt OFTEN be breached… but I have a large family with 3 showers, dish and clothes washing, along with faucets etc. I am concerned we might go above that and wanted to play safe and get a 15 GPM rated softener just to not worry.
So the other options I see is Drop, which is 10x the cost of Rheem (over $5k!) and honestly that’s just crazyville.
I would definitely pay $1k to $1.5k but the integration is not worth $5,000 to me.
I feel like there has to be something that isnt a “build your own integration”. Any help!?
