WCH CH397 ARM64 driver needed — looking for WCHUSBNIC_ARM64_V160

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get a WCH CH397 USB-to-Ethernet adapter (VID_1A86 & PID_5397) working on Windows 11 ARM64 (Surface Pro 11, Snapdragon X Elite).

The official WCHUSBNIC.EXE V1.9 only contains x86/x64 binaries and fails with "Driver pre install failure" on ARM64.

@steerage250 — I saw your comment on GitHub Issue #5 where you mentioned WCH sent you a working ARM64 driver called WCHUSBNIC_ARM64_V160_Win1x_1030.exe. Would you be willing to share it? I can provide a cloud upload link or any format that works for you.

I've contacted [email protected] but haven't received a reply yet. You're the only confirmed person with this driver working on ARM64!

The browser will probably complain of suspicious content (because it contains an exe)
