The shortcut tile is very useful for controlling switches quickly on my watch. The haptic feedback on button press is nice, but it would be useful for the shortcut icon to indicate if the switch is ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ (yellow vs white?). Not sure if this is a limitation of the WearOS Tile or if this is a feasible request. Essentially if the shortcut is for a switch, then evaluate the state of the switch and have the color display accordingly.
