Hi, just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this in case there’s an obvious fix that I’m overlooking. My logs don’t seem to tell me much.
After installing a new integration, the right side of my “overview” dashboard is repeatedly loading to the point that it’s unusable. The left side remains, allowing me to jump to other dashboards or settings.
I’m guessing that the new integration has added items that are refusing to load or something. I’ve always had the minor nuisance of the dash reloading a few times upon initial loading as I try to scroll down before everything loads (ie. camera feeds), but this is a whole new level. It behaves like this in both Chrome and Firefox.
I guess the obvious would be to get rid of the new integration (duh!), but I’m hoping there is another solution so I won’t lose that functionality for the fancy new ventilation fan I just bought.
Thanks!
A few questions:
- What is the new integration you installed ?
- Please specify the view type you are having issues with?
- What card type is displaying the new integration’s information?
I had some flashing of the columns in my overview dashboard until the latest release of HA Core 2025.6.3.
Hi,
I’m using the AC-Infinity integration (which uses a HACS integration from Github coupled with a standard integration).
The view type is just the regular HA managed overview, displayed on my windows desktop in Mozilla Firefox browser. Not really sure what else I can specify for “view type”. Sorry.
I can’t tell what type of card would be displaying the information because the view keeps reloading before I have a chance to scroll down to see the cards. I guess that should be outlined on the integration’s Github page: GitHub - dalinicus/homeassistant-acinfinity: AC Infinity integration for Home Assistant for UIS based controllers
I’m using a 69 Series controller.
I guess I can try to update HAss to see if it helps since I’m still on core 2025.6.1, but up until installing this integration everything was more or less working fine so I have my doubts it will change anything.
Thanks
look forward to your update, I am pretty sure mine was exhibiting the same behaviour around the same version release you are on.
Good news. I updated my Home Assistant Docker to core 2025.6.3 and cleared my browser cache and it now seems to be behaving itself! Hopefully I’m not celebrating too soon, but the issue seems to be resolved.
Thanks for the suggestion.
No problems, I am pleased it is fixed.
