WebhookRelay tunnel and IOS apps not working

I’ve successfully configured the webhookrelay.com HAAS add-on for remote access through my IPS’s quadruple NAT (don’t ask). I have no problem getting in from any browser on PC, iPhone, or iPad no matter where I am using any network remote to mine, including the cellular networks. However, the IOS app won’t connect on either the iPad or the iPhone. These apps work fine on my local home network.

screen shots attached. any ideas where I can look for a config problem? or is this just something that will never work? I’d like to use the HA app for location updates.

This is on safari (or chrome) on an iPhone using the cellular network.

Nobody? Hmm… are the IOS apps strategic here or should I just abandon it altogether? I don’t want to waste time on something that’s not going to be feature rich going forward. Its fine either way, but would be nice to know how to debug issues on this app if it is going to be strategic in the HA world.
