I am looking for a weekly schedule timer, hardware, that can switch NO/NC dry (potential free) contact based on a schedule.
Due to the need of the installation I would rather prefer anything off shelf, (ESP home DIY assembly is not preferred in this case), but maybe there is a solution to reflash a commencially available device.
Power preferable wired to mains.
The device will then communicate to HA (reporting the NO/NC contact state and receiving command of the switch in case).
The device ideally has an indipendent standalone interface.
A dumb version is something like this Weekly timer
Protocol of communication ideally wired or wifi, it can be even Modbus. Preferably not Zigbee or Z-Wave, I just don’t have it where the installation is planned.
The hardware should be capable to run indipendently, without HA in order to ensure resilience.
Ideally it is switching ON/OFF the contact based on a weekly schedule but this schedule can be overridden by HA automation like it is a bank holiday stay off.
