Hello,
I have no problems what so ever to access HA outside my LAN from my Android phone, it works just fine, I enter the password and voila, it logs in.
When using Chrome/IE from my laptop when outside my house, I’m not able to logon. I just see the GIF icon loading, loading, loading, and then:
Any clues why I’m having this behavior?

Browser extensions? Did you setup a proxy for hass?

Since it’s working fine for Android (Chrome) via 4g/3g it should work for Chrome on a laptop as well? I think that’s the tricky part. Why isn’t it working

Have you tried clearing the browser cache and history on the laptop?
