What are my options to connect to HA running in raspberry Pi 4

Hello everybody,

I’ve been running HA for about two years without any issues. Today as I was about to add new automation into NodeRed I noticed an error message saying something about entrypoint.js when trying to open NodeRed. I did not think of it more just rebooted the RPi4. After that I have not been able to connect to HA. The webpage http://<my.ha.IP>:8123 is saying unable to connect. I connected display and keyboard/mouse to the RPi4 but it only asks for login and my username/password are not accepted. I think I haven’t installed any SSH plugins/add-ons to HA to probably that doesn’t work either.

What are my options here? How can I connect? And more importantly what is wrong with my system?

P.S. I do not remember the version I’m running, but I know I haven’t upgraded it since installation.

While it’s great to troubleshoot it might be quicker to start fresh & restore from backup.

That is probably true.
I just finished installing latest release and restored from backup, now everything is up and running again.
It is just that I usually would like to know what went wrong but in this case re-install-with-backup-restore was probably better approach as I was running so old version.
