Hey everyone,
So I have several out side shades that are zwave controlled. All are powered with a solar panel and have never been an issue until now (about 1 year). This just showed up and I don’t know how to fix it.

Is it showing up in zWave JS UI?
Sidenote - you may get better engagement with a more descriptive thread title.
I suggested a better title, but
Feel free to change it again to be less click-bait than the original.
Thank you. Are you saying I need to make it more descriptive in the title? I’m not sure what else to put. Could you let me know what you think would make it better?
Again thanks.
That looks more like the list of entities or devices in HA. I was wondering about within the actually zWave JS interface which is where you provision the zWave devices. If you can control it there then it’s between zWave JS and HA. If you can’t control it there then the issue is between zWave JS and the device itself. Does it function with buttons on it, does it have power?
As for the title, Sir_GoodEnough made a change to the title as a suggestion. It is much more descriptive now since it includes both “zWave” and “shades” which will draw attention from people who might know either.
The issue is really self explanatory. The entity is no longer being provided by the Z-Wave integration. This can happen for a number of reasons. Either your device is dead, your entity has been renamed, or that entity has been deleted from the integration.
To fix it you need to figure out what the problem is.
