What do I really need to backup?

I recently had a major crash of the Raspberry Pi that was running Home Assistant. With lots of help from rontaylor I got Home Assistant installed on an Intel NUC and everything back online. It helped that I had a backup of my config folder with all of my yaml files. It didn’t help that I did not have any offline copies of snapshots.
I am now doing a daily backup of /usr/share/hassio/homeassistant, and /usr/share/hassio/backup to my NAS.

Is this overkill? Are the snapshots all I really need to backup or is there more that I should be saving?

Snapshots to off HA server storage should be enough. If you don’t password protect them all the files are accessible.
