I’ve been told Ecobee however there must be some other options out there which are reliable and are under $100… advice appreciated…
Man I was going to reply ecobee. If your user name is correct, check MassSave. Many years ago I insulated our house and got new thermostats for free.
Ecobee works with homekit which means local HA support.
Concur with this.
I was dead set on ditching my ecobee until I removed it from Apple Home, and added it into HA. Now it’s visible on both, works fantastically, and all the built in ecobee schedules and logic still work just fine.
