I like to edit themes manually, that is, download a theme and set about changing it. I’m ok at CSS. I’m trying to find out what controls the line in the attached screenshot
In my files, it is being set by the primary color, but when I change the items varying with the primary color, it isn’t changing, so must be inherited.
