What's the "matter" with my tado X pairing?

Has anyone managed to pair a tado X device using the config below? Because I can’t. What am I missing? The same devices are paired to Apple Home and Home Pro. What else can there be to this?

At the moment, when I try to pair the device, I get the pairing code from the tado app, enter it in the Matter Server commission node box and it simply spins the wheel.

What are the logs of the Matter Server Add-on saying?

have you selected your otbr as the primary thread network via the thread integration in HA? I don’t use OTBR, but it looks like it can’t figure out why device is going to send the request?
