When am I exporting energy

With all the monitoring I have on my energy I am still lacking some way to tell when I am exporting energy so that I can make use of it rather than give it to the supply authorities for next to nothing.

Does anyone know how I can work out how much I am exporting right now? I can get figures for the daily export etc. but that does not help me decide if it is time to turn on some things here to use the excess. Got any ideas on how I do this or something I am missing. I am currently using the HACS Solis integration, along with Emporia and Forecast.Solar. Feels like I need to track the daily energy exported and at intervals look to see how much that has updated?

You want to monitor the power sensors, not the energy sensors. That will tell you what is going on right now.

The card says it should be searchable inside HACS, but it doesn’t show for me. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to add the github site repository?
