This blueprint can be used to query HA assist speakers for the next departure of a train from a specified station in a certain direction (within Germany). The default starting station can be specified as blueprint input, and then does not have to mentioned in a specific query.
Example trigger sentences:
- “Wann fährt die nächste Bahn nach Köln?”
- “Nächster Zug nach München”
- “Wann fährt die nächste S-Bahn von Stuttgart Hbf nach Vaihingen?”
- “Wann geht der nächste Zug?”
Please note that the response
- is only about the next train that is running (i.e., cancelled trains are filtered), and
- covers only direct connections.
Please also note that since the blueprint is for the German rail system, it’s designed to be used in German language.
Responses are different depending on the starting station: If the default starting station is used, it’s not mentioned again in the (default) response, and the response is shorter (think, daily commute). If another station has been used as start, the (default) response is longer.
Example response:
Die nächste S1 nach Düsseldorf fährt in 12 Minuten, um 13:17 und hat eine Verspätung von 8 Minuten. Die planmäßige Abfahrtszeit ist 13:09.
