When editing a dashboard, the ability to move the editer pop-ups would be very helpfull

Often times when I am editing a dashboard, I find that the editor pop-ups block info that I need. Please make it so you can move them around the screen.

Just to be clear, this is the type of pop up that I’m talking about.

and then please also add this, the only way to move/dupl/cut this card is to move it to another location with the ‘-’
