Where can I report feature request to HACS Addon?
That is for HACS itself. All the integrations (hacs does not serve addons) have their own github repositories to post issues in.
And what should I click next? Because I always end up in a place where reporting FR is not allowed.

So terms are terms, but to keep you from being confused here, add-ons are a different thing. They are not found in HACS. You are loading Custom Integrations, custom templates, themes, or other scripts. Also HACS only provides links to the GitHib and informs you if there is an update. It doesn’t do anything else.
You can also just go to the github repo for the software you loaded and get the software and ask questions and related stuff.
HACS is also a custom integration and not part of HA software (just works with it).
Knowing the right terms helps to understand, lower confusion, and helps us to help you better.
HACS is today installed through an addon, even though it is an integration, so, if OP means HACS itself with the words “HACS addon” then he might be right.
CAN be installed with an add-on, doesn’t have to be. And there are no indications that is what they meant, so why bring it up.

It is the way described on the HACS homepage, so sort of the official way.
It also looks like it was HACS OP meant.
You should be aware that, especially for custom integrations and add-ons, it is totally up to the author to decide if they want to receive FRs.You get things for free, on the authors terms. So you may be in the right place, only to find that it is indeed not possible because the author does not take requests.

No idea if you just leave that check box unmarked or if there is another way.
The FR should be delivered through that GitHub page, because HACS is actually a third party integration and not part of the core HA package.
Boxes are required to be checked, otherwise you cannot add an issue.

Yeah and it seems HACS do not accept FRs.
He gave you a rather detailed way to do what you want. You are asking about Home Assistant stuff not HACS stuff.

Yes, I read the BOT’s response. It’s actually possible to implement it, though it poses some problems. I have to do it on all devices for each user. When a user or device arrives, I have to remember to do it.
You seem to have trouble reading. I never complained about HACS, but I asked a question.
