Where do I post a bug for the ZWaveJS add-on?

This morning, all of my Zwave devices died after upgrading HA OS to 8.5. Rolling back to 8.4 did not resolve the issue neither did any of the following:

  • Swapping the Zwave stick to another USB port
  • Rebooting the host
  • Restarting Core
  • Downgrading from 2022.8.6 to 8.5
  • Restarting ZWaveJS (multiple times)

This is happening and I no matter what I do, I can’t get it to work.
