Where to find homeassistant folders on rpi3

Hi !

This is my 1st post and I’m quite new to home assistant and domotics as well. Also not really familiar with IT stuff… so I got a lot to learn and might ask some dummy questions, but it’s part of the learning path!!

I’ve installed home assistant following the tutorial on my Rpi3 and now trying to configure it, following as well the tutorial “https://home-assistant.io/docs/configuration/” but I’m not able to find the folder where config Yaml is stored on my rpi3…

Any thoughts ?

Your HASS Config files should be in:

/home/homeassistant/.homeassistant

Got it !! Thanks guys.
However, the Homeassistant folder is empty. Is it normal. Do I have to create YamL file seperately ??

I’ve got it !! Just add to show the hidden in Raspbian. Sorry but I’m really a newbie.
Got to work on adding RFXCOM now … will see ! Thanks for helping !

It’ll be populated once you start Home Assistant.
