Where to find Lovelace Dashoard Data in Backup?

I’ve done a little edit in my dashboards, since the one i edited was a single card dashboard i deleted the whole content with the 3dots on the lower left. No problem, i thought, pressed no save, no done, but it is away.
I checked the RAW Configuration Editor, yes, gone.

Where can i find the code of the individual dashboards in the manual Backup i’ve done?

config/.storage/lovlace if I remember correctly.

It is not stored as yaml. It is stored as json.

Be very, very careful editing the .storage registry. One misplaced comma has the potential to completely mess your system up. Make a backup.

in a backup-file the path is /supervisor/homeassistant/.storage

I suggest you find the file in “where/how ever” you backed up … And go to this url
and “import file”
Then copy the result, and paste it in a “new created dashboard” in Raw Editor, then save, if it complains, edit … i have tried ones it worked perfectly

PS: Remove the first 5 lines ( Dashboard starts with "view: ) … Don’t mind the “indentations” , just save, and HA should fix this … Unless your Dashboard was screwed up in the first place
