I read about these automations on the forum, which I find interesting. What sensors do you think I need?
Smart speaker alerts to close windows when it rains.
Open or close them if there’s a difference in temperature between inside and outside.
Open them when the air quality is poor.

MarcelloTT:
Smart speaker alerts to close windows when it rains.
Smart Speaker - Use media_player or notify integration
Water / Leak Sensor to detect rain (could use weather integration but possible false positives.
Window Sensor (is basically a reed switch).

Actuator for Window (basically a motor to open / close window)
Temperature Sensors - both indoor and outdoor

Actuator for Window (basically a motor to open / close window)
Air Quality sensors - could use WAQI integration for outdoor but possible false positives.

It pretty much depends on what you want to pay, battery powered or not, what wireless communication suits your setup.
I would open the window manually. As for the rain, temperature, and air quality sensor, can you suggest some models?
Start by saying what protocol you use or prefer. Zigbee, Z-Wave, matter, wifi?
ah yes, I use zigbee with HA via zigbee2mqtt
I use these for temperature and humidity, works great Aqara WSDCGQ12LM control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT
IKEA has some for air quality, I’ve not tested them IKEA E2112 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT
Rain sensor, I have been using this but it is not reliable. Tuya RB-SRAIN01 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT
How does the Aqara WSDCGQ12LM work? I read somewhere that the batteries drain quickly. Does it work well?
Works great here, all though I have the old ones. I linked the T1 version since they are Zigbee 3.0.

An Ecowitt weather station for the sensors outside.
