HACS is a third party integration, it is not included in the core installation. You have to install it.

Ok another problem arised … i have connected the home assistant to the tailscale but it is not online what do i do now … i need to complete it by today please help.
You need to check if your ISP use CGNAT, because if they do then it gets tricky.
If you can see the public IP on the routers WAN port and it starts with 100, then it highly likely you are behind CGNAT.
A quick method is to use NabuCasa to circumvent it.
NabuCasa needs a subscription, but I think there is a free one month trial.
There is free setups that can be used, but they are a bit complex to set up and not something that should be done in a hurry.
And even an experienced user would probably be pressed to do that in one day.
Tailscale circumvents CGNAT as well, just sayin’.
You mean it is offline in the Tailscale dashboard?
Is the addon started on HA side? What does its log say?
