I just read something about the language settings in another thread and how this could have an impact, so I have the following information/question for you:
There are two language settings in Home Assistant, one in the user profile and one in the global system settings, who you have changed to englisch. This seems to be the way to go.
Sinse the following step is important, did you also restart Home Assistant after language settings change?
And clearing the browser cache afterwards is also always a good idea.
I would be happy if you could tell me what your current situation is and how you might have solved your problem.
