Why does one NFC tag require me to enter a URL and the other does not?

The black NFC tag when scanned, prompts me on my Android phone for a Home Assistant URL. I have to tap an “Open link” button to continue. The white NFC tag does not require me to open a link, it just works. Can someone explain the difference to me? I’d prefer not have to tap a button to “Open link”.

-Thanks

It would likely help if you told us something about these NFC tags, not all NFC tags are created equal.

I bought these from Amazon a while back:

Did you configure them identically using the same software? Is the raw data on the NFC card formatted the same, including leading, embedded, and trailing characters?

Yes I did configure them identically, using the Android app. Then I tried using NFC Tools to delete the data from the tag, but it still prompted to confirm the URL. It works, you just have to deal with an extra step.

Not being sure what type of tags these were, I ordered these NTAG215 type and the work without requiring entry of a URL.
