Why Does the Map Show When the Device Left some Zone and Not the Last Update of the Location?

Not sure what you are talking about. The map does show location updates:

And using the map card you can set the time to show:

In addition to what @tom_l said, it will also show you individual timestamps for each location update when you hover over the individual points:
