I have this Eve matter switch directly added through Home assistant.
Somehow it just randomly switches itself off after a while.
The log didn’t show any reason why it’s been switch off.
Where do I start to diagnose why it’s been turned off?
Matter devices can be members of multiple controller fabrics, so make sure you don’t have it enrolled with Apple Home or Alexa also sending power off signals.
Perhaps the switch is turning itself off. A car charger can pull a whole lot of amps continuously, which could be triggering a fail safe to shutdown for safety. Does it also shutdown when there is no load? It could also be a faulty smart plug. I would factory reset the plug and see if it still turns off without being part of any Matter fabric.
