Hi

I’m trying to get ESPresense working on my ESP32-CC3

I installed it successfully on here

But I didn’t get the option to configure the WiFi

So I went onto Web - ESPHome to configure it

It then gave me the following error

“An error occurred. Improv Wi-Fi Serial not detected”

I then tried using Home Assistant ESP Home Builder.

This created the standard configuration with wifi setup. It worked fine and I can see the successful connection in the logs

But this obviously isn’t running the ESPresense firmware.

Any idea what’s going on with the WiFi and is it possible to just install the ESPresene firmware in my working .yml file on home assistant? (Sorry, I’m fairly new to ESP)

Show your yaml code [properly </> formatted please] as well as your compile and a short snippet of your run log as well, and we may be able to offer comments.

Show how you have incorporated your
ESPresense firmware into ESPHome firmware and flashed them together onto the same chip.

Did you perform the Post Flashing steps in the ESPresense instructions?
