I’m unable to place file !include statement in a Sections View dashboard via its yaml editor. Is this expected, should it be possible at this time?
I’m adding a card to a section and select the “Manual” option so I get the yaml editor. I copy an !include I’m using from a yaml dashboard and the editor shows an error and disables the save button. Hence I cannot add it. See below.
“Include” can be only used in yaml files.
These are not yaml files but a “yaml presentation from a json file”.
There is a related WTH thread about something like “allow using include in ui-controlled dashboards”, you may try finding it to read and add your remarks.

LOL … WTH is the obvious three letter acromyn. Here I was thinking it was some clever HASS technical meaning.
