As I have multiple HA instances, using this OneDrive back integration does not help me knowing which backup comes from which HA instances. If I could rename the backup folders or if I could pick the folder where to place the backups per HA instances, that would be super useful!

Picking the name of the instance specific folder is something I’m already working on, everything else won’t be possible due to technical limitations (with the limited permissions the integration is requesting on your drive) Allow rename of the backup folder for OneDrive by zweckj · Pull Request #138407 · home-assistant/core

You can change the name of the backup folder through reconfiguration. As I said before selecting a path freely is technically not possible
Oh I see! I misunderstood however this is still a great improvement to be able to name the folder, thank you for doing that!
