Would this be suitable to run HA

Hi all,
I need to build a HA for my sister who is not at all into computers or homeassistant. We need to control her solar batteries and ev charging (ohme charger and Octopus IG Fox ESS KH10.5 inverter with batteries)

Do people think this cheap Mini Pc would be suitable, currently on offer on Amazon at £89

LETSUNG GoLite 11 Mini PC, with Intel Celeron N4020C Desktop PC, 6GB High-Speed RAM & 128GB NVMe SSD, 4K Triple Display, WiFi 5, BT 4.2, Compact Mini Computer

Personally I would find something else rather than a Celeron, they are low-end. See if you find something with i3 or better. You can probably run HA on this, but if she wants to expand the installation in the future (multiple add-ons, cameras for example) the Celeron might be a limiter.

On the other hand, if she’s not going to do streaming video and such, that will probably be more than she’ll ever need.

Yeah, this. Not everyone has or wants cameras in their house. Most stuff HA does requires very little computing power.

Yes, and. For less than 40 bucks USD more they can go to an i3 with slightly more ram. I’d still avoid the Celery. Er celeron. My four core 15 Gen 16GB was under 200$usd
