I use the BarcodeBuddy Android app to enter my groceries into Groceries. I recently bought a handheld scanner and am having a problem with the tax codes.
To remove products from the list, I scan BBUDDY-C, and to mark them as open, I scan BBUDDY-O. This works fine. However, if I want to add products to the list, I have to scan BBUDDY-P, but this also deletes the items from the list.
Can anyone help me?
BBUDDY-P is the purchase action. It will move the item from the groceries list to the inventory.
BBUDDY-AS might be the action you want.

The code for opened products didn’t work yesterday either; I made a mistake. Based on today’s tests, I can say that all codes really do delete products from my list.
So I created a new product (scanned with the handheld scanner and the code BBUDDY-P and then set it up on the web interface), and it worked. After that, I was always able to add the product again. However, it didn’t matter which code I used. I couldn’t delete, open, etc. By the way, it doesn’t make any difference with BBUDDY-AS.
The tax codes are transferred correctly to BB, but they are displayed there as unknown.
