Wrong time in zigbee2mqtt log

I have installation of zigbee2mqtt on Raspberry Pi using docker. The log file using a different time than the Raspberry time and different from the docker time zone I have set. I am using GMT+3 and the log file seems to be GMT-3. Is there any place to configure the time zone for zigbee2mqtt?

Zigbee2MQTT:info 2020-09-19 06:57:53: Zigbee: disabling joining new devices.
,Zigbee2MQTT:info 2020-09-19 06:55:53: MQTT publish: topic 'zigbee2mqtt/bridge/config', payload '{"commit":"654817a","coordinator":{"meta":{"maintrel":3,"majorrel":2,"minorrel":6,"product":0,"revision":20180507,"transportrev":2},"type":"zStack12"},"log_level":"info","network":{"channel":11,"extendedPanID":"0xdddddddddddddddd","panID":6754},"permit_join":true,"version":"1.14.4"}'

GMT or GMT-3?

A lot of servers use UTC (GMT).

I have zigbee2mqtt installed on bare metal, but the logs are in local time. Maybe show how you run your docker container ?

I am using:

docker run \
   -it \
   -v $(pwd)/data:/app/data \
   --device=/dev/ttyACM0 \
   -e TZ=Etc/GMT+3 \
   -v /run/udev:/run/udev:ro \
   --privileged=true \
   --restart=always koenkk/zigbee2mqtt

In Portainer I can see the correct time for start of container. However, in the zigbee2mqtt logs it is using different time zone it seems.
