The doorbell app (Reolink) is the last one I couldn’t ditch in favour of Home Assistant.
Would be great to have a widget where one could talk to and hear from a visitor.
If this is already available, forgive me, but I couldn’t make it work so far.

Agreed. As an HA newbie, I was amazed how so many things are made so easy… yet the doorbell integrations cannot do two-way audio out of the box, we have to set up extra stuff (go2rtc, frigate, scrypted) to support it. Two-way audio is the main feature of those doorbells (IMO), many new users would greatly benefit from having that automatically detected and configured if desired.
Is it an HA limitation? I’m hoping the new built-in go2rtc would allow the integration devs to auto-configure two-way audio directly eventually.
It was never a goal and 3rd parties came up with solutions.

I’m a hardcore user, and yet clearly seems to be a rocky road to get it working.
I agree with @pbouchard there should be an easier way, even though it was never the a goal.
