In my setup I use a lot of integral sensors, mainly for power to energy but also to calculate the cost of energy. The integral sensors are amazing, but they only start creating data from the time they are created, even if the home assisant database includes historical data on the thing you are looking for the integral of. I wish there was an option to calculate the integral for historical data. I understand this wouldn’t be as exact but I don’t care, I would much rather have some aproximate data than none.
