WTH is time/date/ not an option for visibility of cards

Wouldn’t it be nice if it was possible to choose time/date as an option for setting visibility of a card in the dashboard. Now it seems only possible to display a card depending on the state of an entity (with som extra options relating to that).

Example: card showing countdown to Christmas, only visible between 1 and 24 of December.

You can create a “Date and/or time” helper, a “Schedule” helper, or a “Times of the Day Sensor” helper and use those entities to change visibility.

Yes, with HA you can do it all in some way shape or form. But it would still be nice as a default option :slight_smile:
