WTH- Manage includes/excludes for Recorder, History, Activity, Logbook in the UI not YAML

I dream of a day that I can open an entity, click the gear and remove/hide/exclude it from the recorder, history, activity or logbook.

Or at least the ability to use labels as filters in the configs.
