I’ve moved around and deleted various devices from my Zigbee2MQTT instance. Many of them are now stuck in my Home Assistant instance. I want to be able to easily delete them. I know there are workarounds for this, but it should be as simple as deleting any other device.
Isn’t it possible for you to go on the device info and under the point ‚MQTT-info‘ on the three dots to delete the device?

For me this works, until you restart Hassio and the device is back
You need to delete them from Zigbee2MQTT. This clears the retained discovery topic from the MQTT broker. This topic is what keeps adding the devices when you restart home assistant.
If the devices are somehow not available in Z2M then you need to delete the retained discovery topic from the MQTT broker manually using MQTT Explorer or similar:
As Zigbee2Mqtt is a third party add-on this is not covered by the month of WTH. Core features only please.
