Xiaomi Gateway becomes unavailable after 2.5 hours?

I’ve got the gateway configured with key + ip + mac. When I reboot, everything works fine. After 150 minutes, the device becomes unavailable according to the history/logger.

Any recommendations on what I can do?

Turn up logging and observe.

It’s not changing it’s IP address on DHCP renewal is it?

Negative, static IP assigned in UniFi.
