My Xiaomi Airpurifier 3H is frequently unavailable in HA with integration of Xiaomi Home, every minute or so. The device is powered, and it is on 2.4 GHz WiFi with a static IP.

i have had this also with my 3H device and finally switched to the esphome 3rd party firmware, since then, all is stable, so this is and issue with the firmware of the device and you can not do anything here i think.
The switch needs to demantle the device and this was hard, as its tight, the flashing was then easy.
So no really solution for you, but a way to go
