Hello,
I have a Xiomi S20+ Robot vacuum with base station. Over the past few months it has been acting up and I wondered if anyone here has a solution from experience.
Scenario:
The base station is plugged in to the mains, the robot is fully charged. It will cycle through its schedule cleans as usual. This will reflect in the phone app, and the robot is showing as online.
Then randomly, the base station has no power, and the robot vacuum runs out of battery. When I check the app, it is showing as “offline”.
I contacted the manufacturer, and they told me to try the following things:
1 - plug it in to another power source
2 - move the station closer to the wifi booster
3 - reset the device
I did all of these things, and the same thing keeps happening.
I eventually managed to get them to replace the base station, which initially worked but now it is yet again, doing the same thing. Showing offline on the app, and not showing power on, when it’s previously been on and working fine.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
