Yale Alarm Integration - I'm rather confused

I need to set up an alarm for my garages and outbuildings and rather than buy Z-Wave door sensors and scripting HA to monitor them, I’d prefer a seperate alarm system that is independent but can be monitored and set/unset by HA as a bonus. This is mainly so I can get warnings when I leave doors open after a certain time of day. Wifi signal there is no problem.

I’m in the UK and Yale seems to be the obvious choice (the door sensors cost pretty much the same as z-wave sensors for starters). But, the whole naming thing is confusing me.

Yale sell 2 main products. Yale “HSA” (Home Smart Alarm), and Yale “Sync”. From a quick read Sync seems to be the cheaper one with less range to the Yale hub, and less zones (neither bother me).

The HA integration seems to be, " Yale Smart Living". I’m assuming this is in reference to Yale’s app?

What I want to know, is ;
does this integration connect to both HSA and Sync hubs?
does the integration report back on all sensor states form these hubs?
can I set and unset the alarm from HA?
