Hello all,
I have 5 Yale Matter Locks. I frequently have any of the five randomly go unavailable. If I pull the battery and allow it to reset the lock comes back online and works fine.
I am using Apple thread network with TVs and HPMs maybe 7 of them. I have tried repowering the entire thread network, rebooting HA, the only thing that appears to solve the issue is powering the Yale off and on again by removing the battery.
Anyone else experience this?
Do you think it is HA or Yale?
