Yale Doorman Zigbee module

Does anybody have any experience with this thing? I’m not sure there are many different ones, this is something that I got second-hand, I think in Scandinavia they are mostly sold as part of a Futurehome ecosystem. Most probably this product: Módulo Zigbee 11350 YMF YDF Marca: Yale | Security Doctors

(You can justifiably say that it is stupid to push a semi-unknown second-hand device into a lock, and I wouldn’t disagree. But it’s a “secondary” door, for a storage room not connected to the main house, which is secured by proper hardware)

Anyway. The device gets online and pairs (apparently, “battery-pull” is a thing: 5 power-cycles of the lock, and the module is in pairing mode). It reports as “unk_model” of “unk_manufacturer”, but does expose a lock entity. It seems to be connected, shows the mac-address thingy and participates in the mesh in a way that makes sense signa-strenth-wise. However neither status nor command work, so basically it shows “unlocked” regardless of the state of the lock and the Lock command from HA doesn’t do anything. Battery and Firmware show “unknown”. Anybody can say anything wise to me, please?
