However, it is disabled and I cannot click on “lock”. How should I do?

Yes. HA automatically find after I login to Yale integration. I am not sure about z-wave. Can you please elaborate more on that?
I use Yale Connect Plus Hub 2 so that I can control from my iPhone in Home Kit.
But I want to set up in HA also.
