How were they entered in to HASS? Discovery or did you manually enter by IP?
Are they showing as unavailable or just gone completely from the front end and the states tab?

it happened from 0.43 for sure, but I did not follow up, since I do not use those two lamps much. I just noticed, not sure how to troubleshoot.
Maybe put some commands in configuratuion for expanding the log??
I am on version 0.43.0 and haven’t encountered any problems as about all my lights are Yeelight
Did you maybe recently update the firmware of the bulbs? I have had sometimes after a firmware update that the bulb was out of developer mode. So you could check in the app if the bulb is in developer mode.
You could add this to your configuration.yaml which should give more output in the log. But i thought if home-assistant isn’t able to setup the platform you would see an error anyway.

it was still in developer mode. Anyway I turned off and on again. Change the logger as you suggested.
Rebooted, and still lights are not there and nothing in log.

It was the damned extender at which they are connected. Netgear EX7000, I hope I can get rid of these and do a proper WiFI mesh in the house.
A reboot of it and it solved the issue
I have all of my wifi devices included under a device tracker (I use nmap, the new ping should work too) but it allows you to see things like this. If you add the EX7000 and the bulbs you would have seen them all drop connection and it might have clued you in as to the issue.

Sorry to re-awake this topic. I have the same issue since the update to 0.48. The Yeelight is present in the Yeelight-app, I can see the IP in the logs with no hint whatsoever why it stopped being recognized in HA…
Unfortunately I don’t own any repeater to which the bulbs could be connected.
Any ideas?
Solved by resetting the device app-wise…

Hi - old thread -… I am noticing the same thing now… previously everything worked in HA. No changes to my config but IPs changed recently (and HA is updated as well). Everything shows up in the YA app. help?!?

Are you entering your config in your configuration file or relying on discovery?
Set your bulbs up with a static IP from your DHCP server and hard code the config in configuration.yaml.
This has been my config for quite some time and rarely have issues.
