Hello! I have a bunch of sensors and automations to monitor my HA status and all of it failed… when my kid decided simply to pull off USB plug of Z-wave controller.
This incident was not detected automatically. I realized something is wrong by looking manually at the sensors data (frozen values for longer than usually). All z-wave nodes still had status ‘Ready’, even z-wave controller one.
And here is a question - how do you monitor controller device status in your HA to prevent that kind of situation?
