So I recently (yesterday. It was yesterday) upgraded from HubZ Zwave/Zigbee stick to Zoos800 dedicated Zwave stick via a USB extension cable because the former was super sketchy with network performance and it made a tremendous difference. I followed up the procedure from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lktIFOcg7GI (had to modify it a bit because it didn’t support virtual entities on the HubZ controller for some reason) and basically transferred the network over without having to rebuild it. So great!
Except, there is a bit of an issue. The new controller still shows up as HubZ in the ZWave integration. On the one hand - no big deal, it’s working. On the other, I’m not sure it there are potential issues, and certainly come update time (if ever) it would probably serve incorrect firmware from within HomeAssistant (I would probably do it via Silicon Labs anyway, but lapses have happened).
How would I go about updating that entry in the HA to make sure it is properly recognized as the Zoos 800 LR stick?
