I have 60 Zwave devices on my network with a Gen 5 Zstick. All are S2 authenticated with a mix of GE/Honeywell switches and outlets slowly being replaced with Zooz and Inovelli, a few Eaton outlets, and a bunch of Zooz and Ring water sensors. I have an odd problem with a Honeywell ZW4008 on/off switch. It fell offline and when re-interviewed, now it shows S2 authenticated, but Zwave Plus is NO. I tried restarting Zwave JS UI and re-interviewing. Neither works. Everything is up to date. Any help is appreciated.
Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue.
I ended up refreshing values a couple times and eventually the information populated. In the end, however, up upgraded to the Zooz 800 controller and then to the ZWA-2 controller and now my issues are gone. In my case, I think the gen 5 controller was beginning to show its age.
