I’m running Hass.IO. I have a Ge/Enbrighten toggle dimmer that was recently installed. The switch is a Jasco Products 14296 In-Wall Smart Toggle Dimmer. When it works, it works fine. I have an identical switch that works flawlessly. My issue is that it is nearly always stuck in CacheLoad in its query stage. Sometimes restarting or healing the network will bring it back online briefly, but it typically will return to the CacheLoad status. My understanding is that this is typical for battery powered devices, but should not be for a powered switch. Any thoughts on this? Is it just a bad switch, needing replacement? I have never had it fully working.
How close is it to another switch or the hub?
It on another floor from the hub, but less than 15 feet, with line of sight, from another working switch.
