Z-Wave integration error

I tried to install z-wave with my new Aeotec Z-Stick 7. Unfortunately I get an error trying to install the ZWave integration (after installing the Z-WaveJS UI first). I followed the steps here
https://aeotec.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000246295.
I see the Z-Wave as “discovered”, but when Ik click on the configuration it displays an error: " Error
Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble". I tried to uninstall this integration and start from scratch. I should have a bin / delete option in the 3-dots menu in this integration, but this is not there. Anyone has a clou how I can continue the installation process?

I’m running HA in a RPi Docker Container
Home Assistant 2022.9.6
Supervisor 2022.09.1
Frontend 20220907.2 - latest

Art.

Sometimes a browser refresh is needed to dump the caches.

Thx but no, that didn’t help. Also tried another PC and another browser.
Is there a command line option to force delete or reset this integration?

If you are using the Z-Wave JS UI add-on you should not use the discovered integration. You should follow the instructions in the add-on docs as they are written.
